Withdrawing a Student

Parents must complete the SHS Withdrawal Form to initiate the withdrawal process. Please complete this form at least five (5) school days before your child's last day of school.

Once this form is submitted, you will be contacted to make arrangements to return items back to the high school (Chromebooks, textbooks, library books, athletic equipment/uniforms, etc.).

Upon completion of the withdrawal process, the Registrar will provide a copy of your child's unofficial transcript, withdrawal grades, and immunization record: these 3 items will assist with a smooth, efficient transition to the next school.
